Purchase Conditions
Prices in current Swedish kronor (SEK), Euros (EUR) or US dollar (USD). Discrepancy from the agreement is valid only if both parties have signed a special agreement that regulate this.
Applicability
These Purchase Conditions rules unless Swedish or other applicable law prescribe terms in conflict with these.
Orders
Orders done in another persons name without his/her agreement or in other ways which make Camako suffer economic damage will be reported to the police. Camako is not responsible for misprints, error in information and error in specification for any products and services in the Camako assortment. All pictures are illustrations and can´t be guaranteed exact look and condition.
Personal data
Personal data is stored in our register of customer when an order is placed. No unauthorized person has access to the register and the data will not be distributed to other companies.
Payment
VAT is added to all prices. Shipping expenses will be added when needed. Payment is done with invoice or credit card via Internet. For deliveries outside Sweden VAT will not be added. Camako makes a reservation against price changes, incorrect prices and terminated products.
Credit Card payment
 pay with Visa / MasterCard secure and safe over Internet direct after your order. Your payment is arranged by CertiTrade, <www.certitrade.net> using secure technology according to strict bank code. Your credit card information is sent direct to your bank and cannot be read by anyone but your bank. No extra charge for credit card payments. For delayed payments we charge penalty interest of 2% per month starting from the invoice due date.
Delivery and Cancellation
Orders placed before 12.00 noon Mondays to Thursdays will be attended/prepared same day for delivery within 5 working days. Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sundays will be attended/prepared next-coming Monday.Delivery of components/datacode: After credit card payment the code can be down-loaded from the website.
The license file will be delivered to the mail address entered to the order. If you choose the alternative “Invoice” the code and the licence file will be sent to the mail address entered to the order.
Documentation is distributed by e-mail, download or post.
If the delivery is delayed so that the customer wants to cancel the order, it´s the customer’s responsibility to do the cancellation according to the Camako Purchase Conditions.
Cancellation after distribution is not possible. When the order has been distributed the customer is obliged to receive the order.
Cancellation of product or service that has been provided specially for the customer is not possible. To cancel an order the customer shall contact Camako via e-mail with the ordered to info@camako.se . Cancellation is not valid before the customer has received a confirmation from Camako via e-mail.
Ownership
All products belong to Camako until full payment have been recieved.
Responsibility for errors
Camako’s responsibility for errors in delivery is limited to current purchase conditions. Camako is not responsible for direct or indirect errors due to incompatibility, delivery delays, driftsavbrott, loss of data, extra work or other economic damage.
Loss of data
Camako is not responsible for loss of stored information or software. We encourage the buyer to make a back up on all data before installation of hardware, software or other equipment, and always make sure that vital information on hard drive or other media which is sent to us for some kind of measure, also is saved by the buyer.
Complaint, option of repurchase and damages during transport
If a product is incorrect, incorrectly ordered or damaged during transport the receiver or purchaser shall contact Camako via e-mail info@camako.se and report the error as soon as possible. For products specially produced for the customer no change of order or withdrawal is possible. If a product is damaged during transport Camako shall be contacted within five days for information about compensation.
Not collected goods
If the sent package is not collected and the package is returned to Camako, 250SEK + VAT will be charged to cover the costs for transportation and administration.
Force Majeure
In case of war, natural disaster, strike, acts of any government, non-delivery from suppliers, circumstances causing additional cost other comparable cases outside Camako´s control, which can not be expected, shall be classified as force majeure, which mean that Camako will be relieved from its obligation to continue entered agreements.
Other
Camako have the right to change all information, including but not only prices, technical specifications and product offerings, without further notice. Camako has the right to cancel a purchase and refund paid amount in the best way if a product is sold out or has been cut out. Camako shall also inform the customer about similar or substitute products. |
