This workshop will help you to understand how Microsoft Enterprise Project Management, EPM, will increase the efficiency in portfolio-,project-  and resource management. 

The need of efficient control in project-, portfolio-, and resource management within organisations is increasing. The demand has led to a strong interest in Microsoft EPM solutions. Camako is offering a half day workshop focusing on transforming business needs into IT-support systems that enables more efficient project work practice and better control.  The workshop is an interactive dialogue between the participants and Camako, focusing on your business needs. The aim of the workshop also is to help the decision makers better understand how Microsoft EPM can support the business efforts to increase efficiency, productivity, control and revenue.  Some of the key areas within the workshop are:

Program:
- Workshop focusing on your business needs in the area of project-, portfolio-, and resource management
- Introduction to Microsoft EPM and Microsoft Portfolio server
-  A demonstration of the Microsoft EPM based on business needs explored during the workshop 

Length of workshop: 3 hours. 2 weeks after the workshop we will deliver a report of approximately an A4 page, with conclusions and recommendations for your business.  Who should participate?
